Scott has been working in the IT industry for nearly 25 years in various leadership and management roles; managing daily service desk operations as well as administering major applications such as Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. Scott knows the importance of outstanding customer service and believes that there has been a gap in focus on and empathy for the client and end user in recent years. Scott seeks to provide high quality service by combining the knowledge necessary to best support clients with the intentional focus on the customer’s specific needs. Scott enjoys time with friends, checking out new restaurants in Kansas City, traveling and riding his motorcycle.
