Service Coordinator

Complete Technology Services is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team!

Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses around the Midwest.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating service delivery of Complete Technology’s growing client base.

Position Overview

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and/or other methods
  • Evaluate and prioritize support response
  • Ensure Complete Technology meets all Service Level Agreements with customers, both internal and external
  • Provide superior customer service demonstrating professionalism, helpfulness, and care to all customers
  • Coordinate service escalations
  • Document in real-time all support requests regardless of source, any actions taken, and their resolution in the Complete Technology ticketing system
  • Review Service Ticket and Time Entries for accuracy and coach staff on correction as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Solid understanding of technology terms and acronyms
  • Experience dispatching/coordinating Service Engineers and Technicians
  • Experience working with timekeeping/allocation across business units
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to accurately relay information between clients and technical staff
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal and team skills
  • Solid documentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills

Physical Demands

  • Some after hours and weekend work may be necessary
