Complete Technology Services is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team!
Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses around the Midwest.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating service delivery of Complete Technology’s growing client base.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email and/or other methods
- Evaluate and prioritize support response
- Ensure Complete Technology meets all Service Level Agreements with customers, both internal and external
- Provide superior customer service demonstrating professionalism, helpfulness, and care to all customers
- Coordinate service escalations
- Document in real-time all support requests regardless of source, any actions taken, and their resolution in the Complete Technology ticketing system
- Review Service Ticket and Time Entries for accuracy and coach staff on correction as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Solid understanding of technology terms and acronyms
- Experience dispatching/coordinating Service Engineers and Technicians
- Experience working with timekeeping/allocation across business units
- Superior customer service skills and ability to accurately relay information between clients and technical staff
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and team skills
- Solid documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills
- Some after hours and weekend work may be necessary
