Business Development Representative

Complete Technology Services is looking for an Business Development Representative to join our growing team!

Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses around the Midwest.

The Business Development Representative position is full-time, and will play a fundamental role in achieving Complete Technology’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This person must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, managing marketing campaigns, qualifying and following up on prospects, working with channel partners, generating interest, and setting appointments.

Position Overview

  • Work directly with customers and potential customers to understand their wants and needs
  • Create solutions that ensure a smooth sales process
  • Find new sales leads through business directories and client referrals
  • Spend significant time on the telephone, communicating with leads
  • Cold calling
  • Work closely with technology and telephony software
  • Discover and nurture new leads
  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of appointments and marketing campaigns
  • Keep the CRM database up to date by tracking all activities
  • Meet activity targets for calls and appointments

  • Possesses proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field desired but not required
  • Experience calling SMB owners & executive level decision makers
